Shipping Materials

GladRags is committed to using recycled materials whenever we can. We ship in recycled boxes, pack with scrap bubble wrap, recycled peanuts, and use other previously used shipping materials. So if you get your GladRags in a Rice Dream or Tofurkey box, now you know why!

Shipping Schedule

Web orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If you send a check, processing will take longer. Domestic orders under $100 are shipped via US Postal Service. Orders over $100 are shipped UPS Ground. Any orders containing Bi-O-Kleen products, Soaking Containers, or Herbal Pacs will be shipped UPS Ground. Please note UPS DOES NOT ship to PO boxes, so if your order is over $100 or contains these items, we need a street address.

Ordering Information

Place an order by phone, fax, mail or through our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and money orders. Our office hours are 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time but you can leave your order at any time on our secure voicemail. We are a small company and can't always get to the phone. If you need to speak to us in person we usually return calls the same day. We realize that menstruation is a personal subject, but don't hesitate to ask questions. We've heard it all -- and we're here to help you.

Our Guarantee

We know that satisfied customers are the best advertisers! So we want you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We make quality products that last for years and we stand behind them. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know.

If you are using GladRags for the first time, we request that you try just one pad (please wash it first) to be sure you are satisfied before washing the whole order. If you should decide to return them, keep the one you used and send the unwashed, unused pads back to us for a full refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).

How to Make a Return on Products Purchased from www.gladrags.com

Occasionally a pad will have a defective snap. We will happily replace a defective product. If you'd like return or exchange all or part of your order for any other reason, please complete our Product Return Form (.PDF) and send it to us with any unwashed, unused items you wish to have exchanged or refunded. We are happy to replace the product or give a refund or exchange. Product refunds are granted up to 90 days from date of purchase. If you purchased GladRags or Cups from a store or other online retailer, see below. DivaCups and Lunette Cups are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns of Products Purchased from Stores or Other Online Retailers

If you purchased GladRags, The Moon Cup, or The Keeper Cup from a store or another online retailer and you want a refund, you must take or send your receipt and your packaging to the store where you purchased it for a refund. DO NOT TAKE THE PRODUCT. Please be aware that many stores and e-tailers  do not accept returns. Their policy will override our return policy if you buy from them.  If you need a simple exchange, we may be able to accommodate you. Please phone us.

International Shipping Rates and Returns

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We do not ship Bi-O-Kleen products internationally. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. associated with orders shipped outside of the USA. Due to Health Canada Regulations we do not ship The Keeper or The Moon Cup to Canada.

All International Orders (excluding Canada) are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to the shipping expense and labor involved. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Call 503.282.0436 with questions.

If a international parcel is returned to us because of non-payment of duty, taxes, or fees, or marked "unclaimed", our refund back to the credit card will be minus the shipping/handling charge and will include a 15% restocking fee. Any credit refunded back to a credit card will only be credited if the products arrive back at our warehouse in satisfactory condition.
