GladRags now offers a new smaller day pad. Designed to snap around smaller underwear, they are great for petite frames or days when you want a little protection. Our organic pads are made of premium quality cotton flannel and terry cloth, offering you even more comfort and protection. Lasting 5+ years, GladRags are easy on the pocket book, while also using minimal resources.
GladRags holders are made out of cotton flannel fitted with a snap and “envelope” for the inserts. GladRags inserts consist of super absorbent terry cloth and flannel.
To Use GladRags Reusable Menstrual Pads:
1. Place 1 or 2 of the inserts inside the holder.
2. Turn your GladRag over. Snap it around your underwear. The tag side goes next to your underwear and the smooth side goes next to your body.
3. Change your GladRag (holder and inserts) about as often as you would a disposable pad.

Each pad measures 8" x 2 1/8" when wrapped around your underwear.
Each insert measures 6" x 2"
*If you are considering an organic undyed deluxe kit, please note, we can exchange some of the regular day pads for small day pads. Simply let us know in the comments section how many to switch, (3, 7, 12?) when you check out, and we'll make sure you are all set up!
