GladRags is committed to using recycled materials whenever we can. This mean that we ship in recycled boxes, pack with scrap bubble wrap and use other previously used shipping materials. So if you get your GladRags in a Rice Dream or Tofurkey box, now you know why!
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please note that all times listed below are Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed between Friday 9AM through Monday 9AM will ship Monday afternoon. Orders placed between Monday 9AM through Wednesday 9AM will ship Wednesday afternoon. Orders placed between Wednesday 9AM and Friday 9AM will ship Friday afternoon.
Domestic orders under $100 are shipped UPS Ground, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post. Our goal is to get your order to you within 1 week of ordering. Orders over $100 are shipped UPS ground. Please note UPS DOES NOT ship to PO boxes. Any orders containing Bi-O-Kleen products will be shipped UPS Ground.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and money orders. Returned/NSF checks incur a charge of $10.00.
Our office hours are 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time but you can leave your order at any time on voicemail. We are a small company and can't always get to the phone. If you need to speak to us in person we usually return calls the same day. We realize that menstruation is a personal subject, but don't hesitate to ask questions. We've heard it all -- and we're here to help you.
When you order Color Cotton Pads we'll send you an assortment of colors from our current stock. If you prefer a specific color, please call 800.799.4523 to find out which colors are in stock, or specify in the comments section of the check out page if you have a color preference, and we will honor it if we can.

We make quality products and we stand behind them.
If you are using GladRags for the first time, we request that you try just one pad (please wash it first) to be sure you are satisfied before washing the whole order. If you should decide to return them, keep the one you used and send the unwashed, unused pads back to us for a full refund (shipping costs are non-refundable). International orders are non-refundable.
Domestic Returns
If there is a defect with a product in your order simply return it with your receipt and a note stating the problem. We are happy to replace the product or give a refund. Product refunds are granted up to 90 days from date of purchase.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted until the time of shipment.
Domestic Exchanges
GladRags hopes to be as accommodating as possible. We understand that sometimes items are not exactly what you thought they would be when ordering. We do accept exchanges. However, we will bill the customer for any further shipping and handling costs incurred due to sending out a new package.
International Orders
Shipping Rates
For international orders under $100, add an additional $8.50 to domestic shipping costs. For international orders over $100, please add $15.00 to domestic shipping rates. International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail International. We do not ship Bi-O-Kleen products internationally.
International Returns
All International Orders (excluding Canada) are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to the shipping expense and labor involved. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Call 503.282.0436 with questions.
Duties/Fees
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. associated with orders shipped outside of the USA.
Returned Orders/Re-shipping Orders
Your postal service generally will make several delivery attempts to deliver your parcel, and a notice is left. If nobody is available to sign for it, the post office will hold your package for a few days to give you a chance to claim it. If you fail to claim your parcel, it will be returned to us, marked "unclaimed". You will be required to pay for shipping twice if you fail to claim your package and it is returned to us.
If a parcel is returned because of non-payment of duty tax, or marked "unclaimed", the credit back to the credit card will be minus the SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Any credit refunded back to a credit card will only be credited if the products arrive back at our warehouse in resalable condition.
