GladRags is committed to using recycled materials whenever we can. We ship in recycled boxes, pack with scrap bubble wrap, and use other previously used shipping materials. So if you get your GladRags in a Rice Dream or Tofurkey box, now you know why!
Shipping Schedule
Web orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If you send a check, processing will take longer.
Domestic orders under $100 are shipped via US Postal Service. Orders over $100 are shipped UPS Ground. Any orders containing Bi-O-Kleen products, Soaking Containers, or Herbal Pacs will be shipped UPS Ground. Please note UPS DOES NOT ship to PO boxes, so if your order is over $100 or contains these items, we need a street address.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and money orders. We do NOT accept Discover.
Our office hours are 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time but you can leave your order at any time on voicemail. We are a small company and can't always get to the phone. If you need to speak to us in person we usually return calls the same day. We realize that menstruation is a personal subject, but don't hesitate to ask questions. We've heard it all -- and we're here to help you.
When you order Color Cotton Pads we'll send you an assortment of colors from our current stock.
Our Guarantee
We make quality products that last for years and we stand behind them. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know.
If you are using GladRags for the first time, we request that you try just one pad (please wash it first) to be sure you are satisfied before washing the whole order. If you should decide to return them, keep the one you used and send the unwashed, unused pads back to us for a full refund (shipping costs are non-refundable). International orders are non-refundable.
Returns
If you'd like return or exchange all or part of your order, please complete our product return form available here and send it to us with any items you wish to have exchanged or refunded. We are happy to replace the product or give a refund. Product refunds are granted up to 90 days from date of purchase. If you purchased GladRags or Cups from a store, you need to return them to the store where purchased.

Exchanges
GladRags hopes to be as accommodating as possible. We understand that sometimes items are not exactly what you thought they would be when ordering. We do accept exchanges. We will bill you for any further shipping and handling costs incurred due to sending out a new package.
International Orders
Shipping Rates
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We do not ship Bi-O-Kleen products internationally. Due to Health Canada Regulations we do not ship The Keeper or The Moon Cup to Canada.
International Returns
All International Orders (excluding Canada) are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to the shipping expense and labor involved. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Call 503.282.0436 with questions.
Duties/Fees
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. associated with orders shipped outside of the USA.
Returned Orders/Re-shipping Orders
If a parcel is returned to us because of non-payment of duty, taxes, or fees, or marked "unclaimed", the credit back to the credit card will be minus the SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Any credit refunded back to a credit card will only be credited if the products arrive back at our warehouse in resalable condition.
