GladRags: The Keeper Menstrual Cup

GladRags: The Keeper Menstrual Cup

The Keeper Menstrual Cup: Trusted for over 20 years!

The Keeper Cup Size A is designed for women who have given birth vaginally, while the Keeper Cup Size B is meant for women who have NOT given birth vaginally.

A great alternative to tampons, this soft, natural gum rubber menstrual cup collects the flow rather than absorbing it, so the vaginal tissues aren't dried out as they can be by disposable tampons. The Keeper Cup holds up to an ounce of fluid and should be emptied a few times a day; simply rinse and reinsert. Detailed instructions come with your order. The Keeper menstrual cup is not recommended for those with latex allergies. The Keeper can last up to ten years, saving you over $800 in disposable products!

*Menstrual cups ship free!  Any additional items, including cup kits and accessories, will count toward your shipping total.  Refer to the shipping table for more information.

*Latex-sensitive customers, please see the Moon Cup >>>

I recieved my cup today and had try it out. It was painful the first couple times until I figured out how to insert it best for me, (sitting down on the toilet). I did have to cut the stem off as well for comfort but I think that I am getting the hang of it now.

I have been using the Moon Cup and the organic undyed cotton pads for 2.5 years and I love them. I use the pads with the Moon Cup during the first 2 days of my period (on the heavy flow) to catch any leaks. Past those 2 days, I just use the Moon Cup. I have saved so much in money and have greatly reduced my carbon footprint. It's also great not having to stock my purse with tampons/pads whenever I go anywhere. After the first 2 months of using it, I couldn't even tell it was there.

I Love the keeper. I've used mine for about 5 years. I like having a reusable alternative that end up being eco and budget friendly. My first time I was a little nervous but I have never leaked and the cup feels different than a tampon but I got used to it pretty quickly!

I have been using my Keeper for over 10 years now. I have never had to purchase any other product for menstruation. I did not find it at all difficult to begin using, and would buy it again in a heartbeat. There is no way to calculate how much money I have saved, not to mention what's been kept from the land-fills. Washing it is a breeze. I feel completely clean all day with the Keeper. It's truly been a life-saver!

I used the rubber Keeper for 8 years before thinking it was time to replace it. At first I tried the Diva Cup as it was easily accessed at my local health food store. I did not like it. The ridges at the bottom caused chafing and so the research began. I was thrilled to find GladRags firstly - their service has been great. I had wanted to get away from the rubber due to a latex sensitivity and was so glad to find my original keeper in silicone. It's comfortable and never fails me. I feel good about it's impact on mother earth and my body. Thanks GladRags!!
