Monthly Friend - Tracy This month, we have a monthly friend who is near and dear to the hearts of all of us here at GladRags. Tracy works for Oregon Employment Services Company. In this capacity, she visits the 'Rags every week as supervisor for the team of adults with developmental disabilities who package our pads and cups for sale in stores.
