Before I started using GladRags, I got a package of Always pads with the "Have a happy period" message. For the past 17 years, I regularly have incapacitating cramps (vomiting, diarrhea, drop in body temperature with teeth chattering) with my period. I've been working on the physiological and psychological aspects of the whole thing with an acupuncturist for 3-4 years. When I saw the "happy" message, I laughed long and heartily. I thought it was really cute, and appreciated the reminder to think about my period in a positive way. Then I proceded to have my typical violent episode of cramping. I've now been using GladRags for about 3 months, and it seems that the cramping is less... What does it mean?
