GladRags is in the business of reducing our negative environmental impact on the Earth. But it isn't just what is sold at GladRags that makes us environmentally-friendly, it's how we operate the business as well.

We want to share with you some of our commitments to sustainable business practices:

For Our Customers

• Provide GladRags in organically-grown cotton
• Source conventionally-grown cotton from local fabric suppliers when available
• Packaging made from 100% post consumer paper
• Manufacture GladRags locally to reduce transportation emissions
• Sell reusable, rather than disposable, products and/or naturally derived products
• Promote healthy, conscientious living through our products, blog, newsletter and website

In The Office

• Compost all organic office waste
• Recycle all paper, aluminum, plastics and glass
• Refill printer ink cartridges rather than purchase new cartridges
• Purchase surplus boxes and packing materials for shipping
• Reuse all shipping packaging that we can
• Encourage staff bike commuting by participating in the Bicycle Commuter Act
